In his new role, Michael will work across all areas of the business to support daily operations, oversee small works and project installations, and ensure that client relationships are maintained at every stage. He will be collaborating closely with VOCA’s Directors, Lee Hogg and Daniel Swift, to oversee overall project performance and drive operational efficiency.
