S.I. Sealy Restructures SLT with a focus on Sustainable Growth

Bredbury-based S I Sealy has unveiled a major restructure of its senior leadership team as the decarbonisation and building services consultancy positions itself for long-term sustainable growth.

The move follows the company’s management buy-out last year, which saw managing director Daniel Madden become sole owner of the business. The latest changes are designed to strengthen leadership capacity while supporting the company’s continued expansion across the building services and net zero sectors.

As part of the restructure, Mike Robinson, Adrian Bill, Ged Williams, Saeed Amirahmadi and Ben Rathbone have all been promoted to associate director positions, forming a newly established Senior Leadership Team (SLT). In addition, Matthew Pickford has been appointed as company director.

Founded in 1949, S I Sealy has built a strong reputation across the construction and engineering sectors for delivering mechanical, electrical and sustainable design consultancy services. The company works across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential developments, with a growing focus on decarbonisation strategies and net zero delivery.

Daniel Madden said the restructure reflects the next stage in the company’s evolution following the successful MBO. He described the strategy as being centred on “securing sustainable growth” while continuing to deliver high-quality technical advice and client service.

The business has continued to expand its workforce in recent months, including strengthening its Net Zero UK division with new sustainability and building physics specialists. The leadership changes are expected to provide greater resilience and create clearer pathways for internal progression as the consultancy scales its operations.

S I Sealy said the restructure reinforces its commitment to remaining an independent, people-focused consultancy while investing in the next generation of leadership talent.
