Fulcrum, a leading UK-based multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, has announced the promotion of Lee Windsor to Operations Director of its Multi-Utility Operations division.
Lee brings a wealth of operational and strategic expertise to the role. His career includes leadership positions within major utility businesses, including roles where he oversaw complex utility projects and large-scale operations. Prior to his promotion, Windsor served as Fulcrum’s Head of Operations, where he was instrumental in improving operational efficiencies and client service across their multi-utility contracts.
Fulcrum, headquartered in Sheffield, provides a wide range of utility infrastructure services across the UK. Their core offerings include the design and delivery of multi-utility connections—spanning electricity, gas, water, and fibre—as well as electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Lee Windsor’s appointment comes at a time of renewed growth for Fulcrum, following a successful strategic turnaround. The business recently reported a return to profitability, with revenues climbing to £53.4 million and an operating profit of £0.5 million for the year ending March 2024.
As Operations Director, Windsor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Fulcrum’s infrastructure projects and ensuring continued excellence in service and safety standards.
