Kaizen Consulting Engineers has entered the RIBA Stage 5 phase of their Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) design work on the £23 million redevelopment of Dewsbury Bus Station. The firm has been appointed by HEB Group, who are acting as the MEP contractor for the transformative project being delivered by Willmott Dixon on behalf of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
Following their successful completion of the Stage 4 technical design, Kaizen is now producing detailed construction information to support the on-site delivery of advanced and sustainable MEP systems. Their involvement underlines the project’s ambition to prioritise energy efficiency, user comfort, and long-term operational performance.
