Vital Energi has announced the promotion of Lawrence Rogers to the position of Technical Development Manager. Rogers brings a wealth of experience to his new role, particularly in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump solutions. Prior to joining Vital Energi, he was part of a specialist team at Arctic Circle, a Hereford-based company renowned for its expertise in these areas. Following Arctic Circle’s administration in February 2023, Rogers, along with several colleagues, transitioned to Vital Energi to form the Heat Pump Solutions team. This team, comprising former Arctic Circle employees, boasts over 140 years of combined experience in the sector Cooling Post.
At Vital Energi, Rogers has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s in-house expertise, enabling them to remain at the forefront of design, specification, and implementation of energy solutions, including heat pumps.
