S I Sealy has been formally appointed to Lot 4 (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services) of the Torus Consultants Framework — a four-year programme established by Torus to support the delivery of high-quality, affordable housing across the North West.
Torus — formed in 2019 through the merger of Liverpool Mutual Homes, Helena Partnerships and Golden Gates Housing Trust — now manages about 40,000 homes across Liverpool, Warrington, St Helens and a total footprint spanning 11 local authority areas. The framework, valued at around £15 million, is structured into four lots covering employer’s agent services, architectural and building safety, structural engineering, and M&E works.
S I Sealy’s inclusion on Lot 4 reflects its growing reputation for delivering sustainable, efficient and cost-effective engineering solutions — traits that align closely with Torus’s commitment to affordability, sustainability and design excellence.
The firm is a specialist building services and decarbonisation consultancy, offering digital engineering design services, energy modelling, and modern methods of construction — including delivery of complex building services across healthcare, residential and mixed-use developments. Past appointments on frameworks such as the North West Construction Hub and several public-sector and housing consultancy frameworks highlight S I Sealy’s consistent performance and trusted expertise.
