Premier Mist Moves Into Its New Headquarters

Wakefield based Premier Mist, established 2012 has moved into the all-new Prima House, just off the M62. The uber high quality office block expects to attract new talent from around the country and create as many as 50 new jobs in the next 12 months.

Specialising in sprinkler, mist, dry & wet riser system design and installation, Premier Mist are an established name in the UK industry. Having seen tremendous growth over the last 13 years, and a rapidly expanding team of designers, salespeople, installers, contracts and accounts- it was due time to expand footprint and move into a much larger premises.

The former WDH council building (formerly known as Winston House) had sat empty for 5 years and is only a stone throw from the current Premier Mist headquarters in Wakefield. Having worked closely with office fit-out specialist APSS from Lincoln, a tailor-made building layout was developed with new workspaces designed for the modern age. Comfortable, air-conditioned work spaces with generous amenities including coffee stations, instant boiling taps, substantial car parking and an outdoor summer decking space are all paramount to providing the greatest wellbeing and mindfulness for our staff.

Another generous amenity is the on-site gymnasium and wellness centre, available to use for all Prima Group employees; boasts a full size gym with the latest machines, a full-size sauna, a standing solarium, massage room and 4 full size wet-rooms.

Premier Mist shall be one of several companies under the Prima Group umbrella here at Prima House, and group CEO Peter Duval, a local businessman and pioneer of water mist systems says that “The new offices shall attract talent from all over the country. Prima Group are also looking to launch a training academy within the former Premier Mist premises within the next 12 months, to train new sprinkler installers from around the country and provide accreditation to existing installers with a recognised qualification. The training centre shall ensure future sustainability for this essential life-saving sector.

Premier Mist are hosting a ball at Leeds United stadium, Elland Road on Friday 11th July. The ball shall host leading contractors and suppliers in the fire, mechanical, electrical and construction industries. The ball shall be a celebration of success & growth and shall see thousands of pounds raised for the Leeds United Foundation which helps local communities, including support for children and the elderly.
