
Mech NW has officially begun work on phase one of The Blue House Beer Hall and Hot Wok Takeaway project, located directly across from Everton’s new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock in Liverpool. The company is delivering a full suite of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) services in collaboration with Dewsbury Construction, a trusted repeat client.
Scope of Works:
Mech NW’s role includes the design and installation of several key systems:
- ⚡ Lighting & Power – Custom electrical infrastructure to meet the venue’s operational needs.
- ♨️ Electric Heating – Efficient heating systems for customer and staff comfort.
- ⛽ Gas Installations – Safe and reliable gas supply for the Hot Wok takeaway.
- 🚾 Drainage & Domestic Water – Plumbing installations for smooth water distribution and waste management.
- 🚽 Sanitary Systems – Ensuring clean and functional washroom facilities.
- 🔥 Fire Alarm & CCTV – Integrated safety and security solutions for the venue.
With Everton’s big move to their new stadium on the horizon, Mech NW’s team—including several Toffees fans—are eager to see the project completed in time for the club’s new chapter.
