The project integrates innovative design with technical sophistication, including a full Variable Air Volume system with over 1,000 VAVs and more than 1,000 four-pipe fan coil units feeding over 5km of linear slot diffuser. Critical chilled water systems, two commercial kitchens, 30 MVHRs, a new gym and wellness area, and full cloud point surveys highlight MCS’s comprehensive capabilities.
