After a five-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rob Sparkes has decided to step down from his role. Sparkes will continue to contribute to the company as a strategic adviser, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support for the business.
Effective March 24th, Nicola Hindle will assume the position of CEO at Matrix Group. Hindle brings a wealth of experience to the role, having most recently served as the CEO of BUUK Infrastructure, a group comprising companies such as GTC, Power On, Metropolitan, Passiv, Levelise, and Independent Water Networks. Her extensive background in delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions positions her well to lead Matrix Group into its next phase of growth.
