Lysander has announced the appointment of Peter Westwood as Technical Director, strengthening the consultancy’s senior leadership team as it continues to expand its technical advisory and project-delivery capabilities.
The appointment was confirmed in a recent company update, with Lysander highlighting Westwood’s extensive experience across construction and technical consultancy roles. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), he brings specialist expertise in technical due diligence, building surveying, and project delivery across complex developments.
Lysander said the move reflects its ongoing investment in technical leadership to support clients across multiple sectors, including industrial, commercial, residential, and data-centre developments. The consultancy operates as a multi-disciplinary construction advisor, providing services such as project management, cost management, building surveying, and construction management throughout the property lifecycle.
Founded more than two decades ago, the firm works with developers, investors, estates, and corporate clients across the UK, Europe, and international markets, delivering consultancy services from early feasibility and planning through to construction completion and asset management.
In his new role, Westwood is expected to play a key part in strengthening Lysander’s technical governance, supporting project teams, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across the consultancy’s growing portfolio. The company noted that his appointment aligns with its strategy to combine technical expertise with collaborative client engagement.
