Key Integrated Services (KeyIS) has appointed Cameron Dumbreck as its new Head of Operations, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its engineering delivery capability across the UK.
Dumbreck announced the move in a LinkedIn post, saying he was “delighted” to be joining the business after a short break and highlighting the company’s culture, customer focus, and growth ambitions as key reasons for accepting the role.
Reflecting on discussions with KeyIS leadership, he said three priorities stood out: the organisation’s commitment to people and teamwork, the importance of delivering additional value to existing customers, and the company’s strong strategic positioning for future growth.

The appointment comes at a period of continued development for Key Integrated Services, which has been expanding its technical offering and project portfolio. The company recently launched a dedicated high-voltage division to complement its existing electrical engineering capabilities and support growth in sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy.
Based in Cheshire, Key Integrated Services is a mechanical and electrical engineering specialist delivering consultancy, design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services across complex and critical environments. The company operates across multiple sectors, including food and beverage manufacturing, life sciences, defence, and advanced industrial facilities, providing integrated engineering solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.
Its in-house capabilities span mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC systems, high-voltage infrastructure, and planned and reactive maintenance services, with a design-and-build approach intended to provide clients with a single accountable delivery partner.
