Leeds-based building services specialist Ivegate has announced the promotion of Dominic Ford to the role of Group Managing Director, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth strategy.
The appointment follows a 12-month leadership transition, during which Ford has taken on increasing responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business and work-winning activities. Having served as Ivegate’s operational lead for the past five years, the company says he has played a pivotal role in building the foundations that have positioned the business for its next stage of development.

Founder Andrew Hudson will remain actively involved with the business, providing continuity and strategic support while allowing Ford to shape the company’s future. According to Ivegate, Ford’s priorities will include further enhancing professionalism, operational delivery and company culture, while maintaining the high levels of customer service and value that have underpinned the firm’s success.
