Brett Martin has promoted Neil Antrobus to the role of Regional Sales Manager within its Plumbing and Drainage division.
Neil will lead a team of six Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the central region – and while their top priority will continue to be supporting their existing merchant partners, the team will also keep identifying new sales opportunities.

The 50-year-old from Liverpool has been with the business for nearly 20 years and is stepping up to the role following his colleague Paul Wadsworth’s recent promotion to National Sales Manager.
The promotions come off the back of significant growth – especially in a challenging market – and the company is keen to continue capitalising on its reputation for quality above and below ground drainage systems and the technical support that is readily available to merchant partners and their customers.
Speaking about his promotion, Neil said he’s excited about the next step in his career as a Regional Sales Manager with Brett Martin.
“It’s a privilege to be part of a business that really does put its customers at the heart of what it does and this ethos filters down to staff development too. I’ve had the honour of working alongside Paul for many years and I’m now looking forward to picking up the reins and building on the successes already achieved in this region,” he said.
“I work with an excellent team of committed salespeople in the central region, and one of my first tasks is to bring in an additional BDM to bring the team back up to full strength so that we can keep maximising the opportunities for growth.”
Neil is a married father of two teenage daughters; away from the world of plumbing and drainage, his passions are football (he supports Liverpool FC) and motorbike racing.
Sales Director Chris Dawson said that the promotions of Neil and Paul demonstrate the company’s ability to promote from within, as it has a strong pool of talent to draw from.
“Our people are dedicated to providing excellent support to our merchant partners and their customers and having local support with our three regional teams (northern, central and southern) is crucial to helping merchants grow,” said Chris.
“Neil’s promotion to the role of Regional Sales Manager is well deserved, and we’re looking forward to seeing him rise to the challenge, leading his team in the central region.”
