B-Engineering has announced the appointment of James Coote as its new Head of Electrical Division, marking a significant step forward for the firm’s expansion in the UK building services sector.
With over two decades of experience in electrical engineering and health and safety, James brings a wealth of technical knowledge and leadership to the role. His career spans across high-profile M&E contracting firms, where he has overseen major commercial and industrial projects, championed safety protocols, and driven continuous improvement in operational delivery.
James is a Technical Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (TMIET) and a Tech IOSH member, with a proven track record in project leadership and compliance. His appointment aligns with B-Engineering’s ambitions to scale its electrical capabilities and further enhance its integrated service offering.
B-Engineering specialises in mechanical and electrical building services across a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and residential. From full design and installation through to aftercare and maintenance, the company is known for delivering tailored, sustainable solutions that meet the demands of modern infrastructure.
James will be working closely with Mike Constantinou (Industrial and Commercial Lighting Manager) to lead the electrical division through its next phase of growth. Together, they look to combine technical excellence with strategic leadership.
