Sam brings a wealth of experience to the role, having held prominent positions at leading firms. His career began at Quartzelec Ltd., where he worked as a Design Engineer and later as Design Manager for MEP systems. He then joined Dalkia UK (formerly Spie UK) as Pre-Construction Manager for MEP before advancing to Building Services Manager for BCEGI UK. His expertise spans design, technical assessment, and pre-construction planning, making him an ideal fit for Caddick’s ambitious projects.
