He then joined Dalkia UK (formerly Spie UK) as Pre-Construction Manager for MEP before advancing to Building Services Manager for BCEGI UK. His expertise spans design, technical assessment, and pre-construction planning, making him an ideal fit for Caddick’s ambitious projects.
