Hood in 2018 as a pipe fitter, Adam’s drive and dedication have seen him climb the ranks—first being promoted to Mechanical Contracts Manager in 2021, and now stepping into a senior leadership role. His progression reflects his exceptional work ethic, technical knowledge, and ability to lead.
