Verde Services has been awarded a significant mechanical subcontract by Triton Construction for an industrial unit at Estuary Business Park in Speke. The project involves extensive demolition of existing warehouse and office spaces, followed by a comprehensive mechanical and electrical fit-out.
As part of the refurbishment, Verde will install a new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) comfort cooling system, complemented by a Direct Expansion (DX) Air Handling Unit and ventilation ductwork to supply fresh air to the working environment. This energy-efficient solution eliminates the need for gas-fed equipment, such as boilers, offering a more carbon-friendly alternative to traditional four-pipe air handling units.
In addition to the ventilation and cooling systems, Verde will implement new domestic water services and sanitaryware systems, featuring efficient plant and modern furnishings.
